Enhancements
Reset Audio Video
Added Reset Signer A/V for Notaries when a Signer is using Mobile Web. (This functionality already existed on the mobile app.) It allows Notaries to help Signers reset their A/V and resolve technical issues in-meeting. (SE-2819)

Accessibility Enhancements
Made accessibility enhancements to make the product easier to navigate for Signers that are using screen readers. (SE-2718, SE-1808, SE-1789)

Feedback Tool for Document Tagging
Added a feedback tool for customers who leverage document auto-tag templates and QC their own document splitting/tagging. Notarize Closing Operations plans to adjust templates based on customer feedback. (DAS-607)

- Availability: Lender and Title orgs who self-tag/QC and have Organization Flag split-and-tag-documents enabled

Credential Analysis Passport Photo Instructions
We updated the directions when a Signer is going through the Credential Analysis flow using their webcam to tell Signers to take a picture of the “portrait page” and “signature page” of their passport rather than referring to the “front” and “back” of their passport. (SE-2828)

Acceptable Forms of ID
We updated the list of acceptable forms of ID on our iOS app and are now linking out to the KB article. (SE-2680)

Meeting Request Time in PST
Fixed an issue where meeting request time in PST was reverting to EST. (ENT-3892)
