These enhancements were deployed to our Fairfax environment on Thursday, August 18, 2022, and our production environment on Monday, August 22, 2022.
Enhancements
Fonts removed that were too light for country recording offices
Three fonts (FoxInTheSnow, Hamilton, and Mathilde) are being completely removed from the platform because they tend to be too light for acceptance at county recording offices (REAL-7586).
Who does this impact?
- Availability: All Real Estate Signers
- Transaction Types: RON and Hybrid transactions.
Keyboard shortcuts added
New keyboard shortcuts are available for select checkboxes, radio buttons, and check mark annotations when preparing documents (DAS-571):
- To add a single, ungrouped select checkbox, use ‘q’
- To add a group of two radio buttons, click ‘r’
- To add a single check mark annotation, click ‘k’

Support hours are updated in emails
The support hours shown in all emails have been updated to match the new support hours in effect since August 1, 2022. (REAL-7609 and REAL-7606) These new hours are:
- Monday-Friday 8am-10pm ET
- Saturday-Sunday 8am-7pm ET
