Updated Real Estate Transaction Creation Page & Eligibility Enhancements
UPDATE: This enhancement has been moved to December 20, 2022
What is this?
The UI for the Real Estate transaction creation page has been updated to provide clearer messaging for customers who are checking eligibility. Some of the primary changes include:
- Error messaging that appears immediately when a property address won’t qualify for RON with clear messaging as to why.
- Consistent page layout for all customers and transaction types.
- Title users can indicate that they are not issuing a title insurance policy for a specific transaction which allows them to skip the Underwriter check.
- Lenders can search title companies by their GID, business name, or email address.
