Overview

Now that you've created EasyLinks, learn how to manage them from the EasyLinks dashboard. Actions you can take from the EasyLinks dashboard include Share, Edit, Deactivate, and Activate.

EasyLinks Dashboard Actions

Clicking the kebob menu (3 dots) on the right side of an EasyLink reveals actions you can take on that EasyLink.

Share

  1. Click the kebob menu (3 dots) on the right side of the EasyLink to open EasyLink actions.
  2. Select Share EasyLink to access the sharing options for that EasyLink.
ℹ️ Clicking directly on the EasyLink automatically opens the sharing options for that EasyLink.

Edit

  1. Click the kebob menu (3 dots) on the right side of the existing EasyLink.
  2. Select Edit to open the EasyLink form and make changes to your existing EasyLink.
  3. Click from the bottom right corner of the EasyLink form.

Deactivate

From the EasyLinks dashboard Inactive tab:

  1. Click the kebob menu (3 dots) on the right side of the existing EasyLink you'd like to Deactivate.
  2. Click Deactivate to deactivate the EasyLink:
    • Deactivated EasyLinks are automatically moved to the Inactive tab at the top of the EasyLinks dashboard.
❗ Signers will not be able to access deactivated EasyLinks. Keep this in mind in case you deactivate a link that was previously sent.
💡 You can also deactivate EasyLinks in bulk! Check Name to select all, then click Deactivate.

Activate

From the EasyLinks dashboard Inactive tab:

  1. Click the kebob menu (3 dots) on the right side of the existing EasyLink you'd like to activate.
  2. Click Activate to re-activate the EasyLink:
    • Re-activated EasyLinks are automatically moved to the Active tab at the top of the EasyLinks dashboard.
ℹ️ Signers can re-access newly activated EasyLinks with the same link they had before.
⚠️ Before re-activating document-provided EasyLinks, you must select a template.
💡 You can also activate EasyLinks in bulk! Check Name to select all, then click Activate.
