Join Now enhanced messaging
Updated copy on the Join Now screen to make it clear that signers must click the button to be connected with a Notary. (SE-3168)

Sign Ahead enhanced messaging
Updated the button to clarify that signers must continue forward to meet with a Notary. (SE-3167)

Signer payment methods via mobile web
Signers can now update their payment method to access a completed transaction that has not yet been paid for when using Notarize via mobile web. (SE-3149)

Signer progress bar
Built a new progress bar to clarify to signers what step they’re on in the process and what steps are coming up next. (SE-3109)

Notary meeting codes reduced
Reduced the number of meeting codes on the notary termination screen. (NX-1876)

Notary messaging - signer is present
Added In-app messaging to the Notary that a signer is present but is still in the process of being connected to the meeting. (NX-1910)

Fixed!
Removed platform restriction requiring Title Agent to attend closing
Removed the restriction that required Title Agents to participate in real estate closings in certain states (IN, MD). Customer-provided feedback is that this is something they would like to decide and take responsibility for instead of having restrictions built into the platform. Users must ensure that any RE closing activities are conducted in accordance with the applicable Real Estate and Title insurance laws. It is the end user’s responsibility to include the appropriate parties to supervise or participate in the transaction. (REAL-7573)

Removed hybrid closing option
Removed copy from the Title portal that suggested that the user select “Hybrid” to proceed with the closing. We previously removed Hybrid as a closing option from that portal since it was not used by Title Agents. (REAL-7955)

Waiting room styling fixes
Fixed styling issues on the waiting room screen. (SE-3161)

Removed inaccurate message about audio/visual setup
Removed an outdated modal before the signer meeting that was inaccurately indicating that a signer didn’t have their A/V set up. (SE-3231)
