You can hide non-essential documents from your signers on a case-by-case basis. Non-essential documents do not have any signer flags (i.e., they are not required to be signed or otherwise notated by your signers).

When you're preparing your document, follow the steps below to hide or display documents for a single transaction:
- Select the Visible to signers dropdown in the Prepare Document window, then either:

- Hide from signers: Prevents signers from seeing this document
- Visible to signers: Allows signers to see the document
You can also limit document visibility at the account level.
