Mobile Web for Real Estate
What is this?
Releasing mobile web for real estate allows signers that are accessing a title or lender-initiated RON transaction from a mobile device to continue forward in their mobile browser rather than having to download the app. When signers access transactions on their mobile device, they’ll be prompted to select whether they want to continue in the browser on the mobile web or download the app. Signers will be able to complete their entire transaction via mobile web.

HELOCs: New transaction type in the Lender & Title portals
What is this?
Users creating transactions via our Lender or Title portals will now have access to the HELOC transaction type. It was previously available only in our API. When selected, users can skip the Title Agent and Underwriter checks before creating the transaction. Users will still have the option to add transaction contacts before sending them to the signer or to Closing Ops. Collab is not available for this transaction type, but Place an Order is.
