Co-branding color available for businesses using notary panels

Businesses using notary panels can use their cobranding color on the logo to further highlight their transactions shown to notaries in the queue (NX-1960)

Updated Notary UI

Notaries will now see an updated UI for the meeting completion page that will be consistent with the design for the new meeting termination page (NX-1915)

TOU supplement

We’ve added a new supplement to our terms of use. All users will be prompted to accept the new terms of use when they log into their account (SE-3113)

Improved accessibility of ID capture

We updated the UI of ID capture when signers are using their webcam for better accessibility (SE-2692)

Who does this impact?

  • Availability: All signers going through ID capture on a computer that choose to take the picture of their ID using their webcam
  • Transaction Types: All transactions that require ID capture
MFA required for all new Notaries

All new notaries will now be required to set up MFA during the initial onboarding process (NX-1864)

Fixed!

New business accounts prompted to indicate paying party

Any new business accounts that sign-up will be prompted to choose who pays for their transactions (themselves or the signer) before sending their first transaction. (ETX-903)

Green checkmark next to confirmed credible witnesses

When a Notary confirms the identity of a credible witness, the icon next to their name will now display the green checkmark. (NX-1956)

  • Transaction Types: Notarizations requiring a credible witness
