Release Notes
Notary signature/initials enhanced
We updated the signature/initial creation experience during notary onboarding. Notaries will now see additional instructions and can draw their signatures. (NX-1925)

Docutech docs will not be split
We changed to prevent Docutech documents from being split, as this was causing an issue with these types of transactions. (REAL-8128)

IHN ringing delay
Fixed an issue that was causing some in-house notaries to experience a 15-second delay in calls ringing in their queue. (NX-2098)

Google Maps loading issue
Fixed an issue where Google Maps were not loading successfully. This service is used for address lookup. (REAL-8155)

Continue with eClosing
Fixed an issue where the Continue with eClosing button was disabled and papering out information was shown prematurely. The platform now waits until collaborator and underwriter information is filled out to determine the path to take. (REAL-8140)

Business emails "From" field
Fixed an issue where the "From" field in business emails displayed “noreply@notarize.com” rather than the organization’s name. (REAL-8138)
