Draft transactions may be deleted by the user prior to initiating a notary meeting using the instructions below.
Files from retail transactions cannot be deleted if the user has made it to the notary session. Once connected with a notary, the signer must submit a privacy request here or email privacy@proof.com to have a document deleted.
Website on desktop
- Hover your mouse over the name of the file.
- Click the text that appears next to the file name.
Notarize app on Apple device
- Swipe left on the file to expose the delete button.
- Tap the delete button.
Notarize app on Android device
- Press and hold the file to select it.
- Tap the trash can that appears in the upper right corner to delete the selected file.
