PS1583 - removed utility bill as accepted document
We removed the copy that recommends a signer upload a Utility Bill as a secondary ID document on PS1583 transactions, as this document is no longer accepted for these types of transactions. (ID-116)

- Impacted: Customers completing PS1583 forms
- Transaction Types: PS1583 transactions
Improved date of birth selection for signers
We made it easier for signers to type in their date of birth in the step before the Knowledge-based Authentication quiz. Signers previously had to scroll through a calendar view to select their date of birth, but they can now type in their month, day, and year separately. (SE-3478)

- Availability: Signers on mobile web
- Transaction Types: Transactions requiring notarization
Progress bars for signers on eSign transactions
We added progress bars for signers completing eSign transactions so they’ll understand the steps to complete their eSign transactions. (SE-3281)
Who does this impact?
- Availability: Signers on desktop
- Transaction Types: Regular eSign, Multi-factor Authentication (MFA) + eSign, and verified eSign transactions
Removed name modal for signers on business-initiated transactions
We removed the “Enter your name” modal for signers on business-initiated transactions where a name was already provided on the transaction by the business. This was an unnecessary step for signers since the business sending the transaction provides the signer’s name. (SE-3294)

- Impacts: Signers using Notarize via a web browser
- Transaction Types: Business-initiated transactions (both notarizations and eSigns) where the business provided the signer’s name.
