Mobile Web for Credible Witness
What is this?
Releasing Mobile Web for Credible Witnesses allows a Credible Identifying Witness that opens a transaction from a mobile device to continue forward in their mobile browser via our Mobile Web experience, rather than having to use a computer.
Who does this impact?
- Availability: Generally available for Business and Real Estate. Notaries should be aware that a Credible Identifying Witness can now join via Mobile Web.
- Transaction Types: Any transaction that uses Credible Identifying Witness as the method of identification for a signer.

Mobile Web for Remote Witness
What is this?
Releasing Mobile Web for Remote Witnesses allows a remote witness that opens a transaction from a mobile device to continue forward using a mobile browser rather than having to use a computer.
Who does this impact?
- Availability: Generally available for Business and Real Estate. Notaries should be aware that a remote witness can now join via mobile web.
- Transaction Types: Any Florida Real Estate transaction when a notary adds a remote witness.

Lender IHN Meetings Support
What is this?
In-House Notaries (IHNs) can now join meetings through the Lender portal. Previously, when a notary tried to join a meeting from the Lender portal, they'd be redirected to the transaction dashboard. This is part of the work we're doing to consolidate portal functionality.

API Settings & Integrations
What is this?
API Settings and Integrations moved from the Resources dropdown (top-right corner) to the organization’s Account Settings (left-hand navigation panel).
Who does this impact?
- Availability: Business, Lender, and Title portals.
- Transaction Types: Any transaction created by an organization.

Optional Fields
What is this?
We added the ability to make all signer fields, excluding radio buttons, optional. Previously, only checkbox fields could be set to ‘optional’ during document preparation. Notary fields cannot be made optional during document preparation. Any fields marked as optional during document preparation will appear as optional to signers. Available in the UI and via white-text tagging.

- Availability: Business and Real Estate customers and Notaries who prep documents ahead of sending transactions.
- Transaction Types: All.
