Mobile Web for Real Estate Meeting Contacts
What is this?
Releasing Mobile Web for Real Estate Contacts allows collaborators to join the meeting from their mobile devices. This is convenient for meeting participants who don't want to download the app or be tied to their computers. Meeting contacts receive an email once the notary meeting starts. They can access the link from the email and complete the steps to join the meeting, all through the mobile web!
Who does this impact?
- Availability: Generally available to all Real Estate Contacts added to a transaction by a Title Agent or Lender (Real Estate Agents, Escrow Officers, Loan Officers, Attorneys, etc.)

Conditional Fields
What is this?
We added the ability for users to add Conditional Fields to documents and templates during document preparation. Use Conditional Fields to add “if / then” logic to documents requiring certain fields to be fulfilled by signers based on their prior field selection/execution (e.g., “if signer fulfills Field A, require the signer to fulfill Field B”).
Add Conditional Fields to help signers navigate and accurately complete their documents. This feature also increases the number of documents signers can eSign without human intervention.
Who does this impact?
- Availability: Title Agents, Lenders, Businesses, and Notaries Sourcing Transactions (NSTs)
- Transaction Types: All
