Transaction creation was removed from Andriod
We removed the ability to send transactions from the Android mobile app. Customers should use web portals to create and send all transactions. (SE-3454)

- Availability: Android mobile app users
- Transaction Types: All transactions being created from the Android mobile app
Co-located witnesses can have a non-US address
We fixed an issue where we were previously requiring a signer’s witness to have a US address. Signers can bring a witness with a non-US address to the meeting - but they must be with them (co-located) and on the same device. (SE-3704)

- Availability: Signers bringing a co-located witness with them to the notary meeting
- Transaction Types: All transactions where signers require a witness
