Proof Panels are a special feature designed to give organizations more control over their customers' experience with Proof.
This feature must be enabled by Proof. If you're interested in this feature, contact your Customer Success Manager (CSM) or contact our sales team.
What is a Notary Panel?
A Notary Panel is composed of:
- Your notary-commissioned team members (in-house notaries or IHNs)
-and/or- - A selection of notaries who meet your criteria from the Notarize Network.
This gives you greater control over your customers' experience when you send them to Proof to complete their transactions. You set the criteria for notaries who are invited to your Notary Panel and can request adjustments at any time. You can also choose to send your customers to the On-Demand Network if a notary from your panel is not available.
How do I create a Notary Panel?
Please contact your Customer Success Manager to request a Notary Panel for your account.
