Mobile Web: Signer Settings & Landing Gate Removed
What is this?
Before this release, Signer Settings weren't available via mobile web. If a signer wanted to access settings, they would have to use a computer or our mobile app.
Examples of Signer Settings include payment method, Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA), password, etc.
We also removed the landing gate shown below that asked signers using a mobile device to choose between continuing in the browser or the app. Now, signers who access Notarize using a browser on a mobile device will simply continue seamlessly using their browser.
Who does this impact?
- Availability: Available for any signer using a browser on a mobile device
- Transaction Types: All transactions
How does this work?
This Mobile Web article, which is under the Features & Functionality category of the Help Center and the articles linked at the bottom of the article will be updated on May 18.

We're introducing new navigation across the product in the Signer, Lender, Title, and Business portals to make our product more intuitive for all users.
