Here's how to change your name in your Proof account.

This content applies to all users on the Proof platform.
⚠️ If you are an active notary, any change to your name moves your account to Needs Review status, and you will not be able to conduct notarizations until the review is complete. Read Notary profile changes that require review by Onboarding team for more details.
Update the name in your Proof account
- Click your initials in the upper right corner of your account.
- Select Manage My Account in the dropdown menu that appears.
- Make the desired changes to your name using the fields provided.
- Click Save changes.
