Connect ResWare to Proof For Title Agents

Here's how to connect ResWare to your Proof account and start sending transactions from ResWare to Notarize with Proof.

Configuration in ResWare

See attached Job Aid regarding ResWare Setup. This job aid outlines instructions for setting up your ResWare instance for sending transactions to Notarize with Proof.

Create Notarize with Proof Partner with necessary permissions and the ResWare-to-ResWare Partner Mappings for Place Order, Send Documents, and Send Signing URLs and settings. The Primary Contact ID for these contact mappings corresponds to the user(s) set up in Notarize with Proof.

Configuration in Notarize with Proof

In your Notarize with Proof Title Agency account, click your name in the upper right corner. Select Account Settings from the dropdown menu, then click Integrations in the menu on the left.

After setting your ResWare User profile, fill in the following information:

• • Organization Profile tab: Add office ID, integration username or email, ResWare website URL, and integration user password.
    
    
  • Documents: Set document mappings and document push-back options. Select if you would like photo IDs returned to ResWare.
    
    
    
    
  • Action Events (optional): This will send transaction statuses back to ResWare.
    
    
    
    
  • Contact Mappings: Optional unless you are on a parent/child setup (i.e, you have one ResWare instance mapped to multiple Notarize with Proof accounts).
    
    
    
    
  • Users and Underwriters: Uneditable in this tab, no action needed here (shows which users and underwriters are available for setup in ResWare). Add team members to your Notarize with Proof Title agency account.
    
    
  • Testing: After setup is complete, input a test File # in your Notarize with Proof Title Agency account to test push-backs from Notarize with Proof to ResWare. If there are any errors with the setup between ResWare and Notarize with Proof, they will be displayed here.
