Notary articles require you to be signed in to our Help Center. Here's how notaries who are new to the Proof platform can access notary articles.

What to expect
- Use the same email and password you use to log in to Proof.com unless you changed your Help Center password.
- Your Help Center account is generally accessible within 24 hours of establishing an account with Proof.
Check if you have an account
Open the Help Center home page to see if you are signed in.
When you are not signed in, the Sign-in link appears at the top right.
When you are signed in, your name appears at the top right.
To sign in:
- Click the Sign in link in the upper right corner of the Help Center home page.
- Use the same email and password you used to sign up for Proof.
If this is your first time signing in to the Help Center and your Proof.com credentials don't work, follow the instructions below.
Create a Help Center account
- Click Sign in from the upper right corner of the Help Center home page
- Click Get a password.
- Type the same email you used to sign up with Proof.
- Click Submit.
- Check your email for a link and instructions.
If Get a password is grayed out and cannot be clicked:
- Click Continue to accept cookies.
- Type your email address, then select Submit to reset your password.
- Check your email for instructions on resetting your password.
- Select the link to set a new password.
