Here's an overview of how to view and manage transactions in your account, including links to articles with more details for related topics. 

Transactions are managed in Send & manage or My closings, which displays:

  • Transactions created individually, regardless of status
  • Completed EasyLink transactions

Click Send & manage from the menu on the left to access a list of transactions.

Who can use this

Any user in your organization who can create and send transactions and notaries sourcing transactions (NSTs) can perform the steps below.


Search and filter

Use the search bar at the top of the page to search for a transaction you created by typing in the name, email, or transaction ID, or use the arrows in the upper right corner to move through all transactions.

Export

The Export button in the upper right corner allows you to export a list of all completed transactions to a CSV file.

Archive and delete

You can archive and delete transactions from the list to streamline your process and ensure your transaction list only displays relevant transactions.

Transaction statuses

Transactions have various statuses, including:

  • Draft
  • Sent
  • Partially complete
  • Awaiting payment
  • Complete
