Identity Tab
Identity Tab is now available for RON transactions in the Transaction Details modal. Admins and owners can review the signer’s identity details and gain insights into the credential analysis process. (ID-521)
Who does this impact?
- Audience: Businesses, Title Agents, and Lenders (owners and admins)
- Transaction Types: Remote Online Notarizations (RON)
Force Complete
In the Transaction Details modal, owners and admins now see a new self-serve tool, Force Complete, on all transactions. There are several cases where a customer might want to force-complete a transaction. Examples:
- One signer of a multi-signer transaction did not fulfill their signer fields.
- A signer on a single-signer transaction successfully completed their notary meeting but did not sign their eNote.
