Mobile Web progress bar
Signers using a web browser via their mobile device now see a progress bar during the pre-meeting steps to help them understand how many steps there are in the process and how many steps they’ve completed so far. This is similar to the signer’s experience when using a web browser via a PC (desktop or laptop). (SE-4433)

Fixed!
Notary profile phone number fix for MFA
We decoupled the notary profile phone number from the notary’s user phone number and removed references to the notary profile phone number being used for Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) since it isn't necessarily the same number now. (For example, pop-up warning banners previously referenced this.) This was fixed to alleviate confusion around updating phone numbers and resolving issues that prevented notaries from logging in. (NX-2563)

Blur background - no blackout
We now render the blurred background functionality without a temporary blackout. (NX-3009)
