Signing Order allows organizations to specify the order in which their customers sign important documents for Multiple Signer Transactions.
Proof's Signing Order feature can require a Sequential Signing Order, allow for Parallel Signing Order, or one transaction can include a mix of both!
Here are a few scenarios that make great use cases for establishing a Signing Order:
- Retirement plans require spousal consent signatures before participants change their designated beneficiary.
- Lease agreements must be signed by tenants before the landlord.
- Statements of Work require signatures from project managers and vendors before finance.
