Brand Name is a field under Brand Settings, allowing Business and Real Estate administrators to assign a customer-facing name that differs from the official/legal organization name used during account setup. This is typically used when a company has a parent account as well as subsidiaries (children/child organizations).
The brand name is displayed in emails sent to signers and on the signer landing page:
- Each child company can have a unique name for internal reference while presenting the company's brand name to its customers.
By default, the Brand Name field displays the unique organization name provided during account setup. If an organization does not want to display this unique/official name, they can change the brand name field to the parent company name or any name they wish to display to their customers.
