Multi-signer EasyLinks
What is this?
EasyLinks is now even more flexible! By doing a refactor of EasyLinks in our code, we can support flexible minimum and maximum count of signers. Users can now add up to ten (10) signers in a single EasyLink. This removes the need for customers to create multiple EasyLinks for one transaction.
Limited Availability Notes:
- November 9 is a limited release for business customers who opt-in. EasyLinks for multiple signers will be on by default for all businesses early in 2024.
- Notaries serving their own customers on the platform can also use EasyLinks for multiple signers in early 2024.
Who does this impact?
- Audience: Business customers who opt-in to turn this feature on (multi-signer EasyLinks will be available by default early in 2024).
- Transaction Types: All EasyLink transactions.

Loan Modifications
What is this?
We’re introducing a new transaction type to Real estate: Loan modification (borrower). A loan modification is transacted when there is a change in terms of a borrower’s loan. It requires notarization from the borrower(s) and a counter-notarization from the lender or title party. Title and Lender customers will see a new option, “Loan modification (borrower),” to send via the API and select as a Real estate closing type in our UI.
Note: This does not support the use case for batch loan modifications.
Who does this impact?
- Audience: Title Agents and Mortgage Lenders
- Transaction Types: This is a new transaction type
