Signer Flag Scroll for eSign
What is this?
It can be difficult for signers to find the fields they need to fulfill when completing a document, especially on multi-page and multi-document packages. We’re adding flags on documents requiring an eSignature to make it easier for signers to navigate to the fields that require action.
Who does this impact?
-
Audience:
- Signers.
- Indirectly, organizations, via improved efficiency of eSignature completion.
- Transaction Types: All transactions requiring eSignatures, including those created before this enhancement.

Supplemental Document Upload In-Meeting
What is this?
This enhancement was built for Business and Real Estate customers who want their signers to be able to add supplemental documents to their Proof document package. When enabled, notaries servicing meetings for that organization can click the Signer Upload button to prompt the signer to upload supplemental documents. The supplemental documents are added to the end of the notarization document package.
Notes: This feature must be enabled by Proof. Please contact your Customer Success Manager (CSM) if you're interested in this feature. If you do not have a CSM, please contact Support (see below).
Who does this impact?
- Audience: Signers, notaries, real estate customers.
- Transaction Types: All new and existing incomplete notary meetings.
