Overview
When the Supplemental Document Upload feature is enabled, notaries can prompt your customers to upload additional documents to be added to the completed package before being sent to you. Supplemental documents are included after the notarization documents.

Activation | Business Accounts
This feature must be enabled by Proof:
- Business Premium: Contact your Customer Success Manager (CSM).
- Business Pro: Please have an owner or admin from your company contact our Sales team using the email address connected to your company's Proof account.
Additional Steps for Each Transaction
Opting into this feature enables you to use it. Additionally, these steps should be taken to receive the documents in one package:
- Create a Notary Note for one transaction or universal Notary Instructions to inform notaries to prompt your customer to upload the supplemental documents.
- Inform your customers to be prepared to upload the supplemental documents. If you'd like to add a reminder, you can add a personalized note when you initially send the notarization and/or use a reminder email.)
