Enhancements
Grouped Fields for multi-page document prep
The Grouped Fields feature was updated to accommodate the preparation of documents with multiple pages. (DAS-1164)
New Grouped Fields functionality:
- Click “Add to group”
- The new Grouped Field is placed according to the user’s cursor
(Previously, new grouped fields were automatically placed directly underneath the previously placed grouped field.)
Who does this impact?
- Audience: All organizations (Title Agents, Lenders, and Business customers)
- Transaction Types: Applied to all transactions and available to all organizations by default.
Document Uploader enhancement
The Document Uploader component was updated. The Document Upload section has a new look. This is a slight design change that only applies to transactions in Draft status. Document requirements are now controlled by checkboxes. (BIZ-4982).

- Audience: All organizations (Title Agents, Lenders, and Business customers)
- Transaction Types: Applied to all transactions and available to all organizations by default.
Notary disclosure update
We updated our standard notary disclosure across most states. The notary disclosure now contains the name of our platform to comply with state laws and to help ensure documents are accepted by county recording offices. Most states will read as:
- “Notarized remotely online using communication technology via Proof.”
Some states have slight variations of that disclosure to comply with state law.
