Enhancements

Mixed signing available in updated transaction creation form

Mixed signing is now available for transactions created using the new transaction creation form in business accounts. (BIZ-4597)

Who does this impact?

  • Audience: Business (new transaction creation form only)
  • Availability: Opt-in, reach out to Sales to enable.
  • Release stage: Limited Availability due to technical restrictions (not supported for Signer pays, check with current customer contracts)
  • Transaction Types: Notarization transactions (draft/future)

Replaced specific loose leafs with generic loose leafs

As of 05/20/24, we replaced the state-specific and notarial act-specific loose leads and instead provide a generic loose leaf that allows space within the document for a notary to add necessary components. The notary’s quick stamp is automatically applied on this generic loose leaf so as to contain all relevant data regarding the notarial act, which helps keep everyone in compliance. (NX-3672)

Who does this impact?

  • Audience: All notaries
  • Availability: General availability
  • Transaction Types: All transaction types

Add email risk signals to Proof Defend

Defend now includes email-related risk signals on the identity tab and in the identity report. (ID-1168)

Who does this impact?

  • Audience: Customers with Defend enabled; Keystone users
  • Availability: Opt-in, reach out to Sales to enable.
  • Transaction Types: Future transactions only
