Identify with Proof
Identify is our new product offering that allows businesses to send requests for identity verification without needing a document signed. (ID-948 & BIZ-5950)

EasyLinks for Real Estate
Automate your workflow in minutes with our EasyLinks tool. EasyLinks are reusable links that recipients can access to complete Identify transactions (see above). Signers can also upload their own documents to eSign or have them notarized!
To get started, create a link, set your requirements, and share via QR code or embed it on your website (BIZ-5950).

Tech Check Signer Step Moved
We moved the formal tech check step for signers who will be going into a meeting. Signers will be configuring their Audio/Visual for the meeting with a Notary or Trusted Referee on the same page where they request a meeting. (SE-5954)

- Transaction Types: All incomplete transactions that require notarization or a Trusted Referee
On-Demand Witness Enabled for All* Organizations
On-Demand Witness is now enabled for all* Business and Real Estate customers. This allows sending organizations to have their notaries call one (1) or two (2) witnesses from the Notarize Network:
- *A small list of organizations require contract revisions before they can have On-Demand Witness enabled.
Who does this impact?
- Audience: Business and Real Estate (not yet available for retail transactions)
- Transaction Types: Transactions created after On-Demand Witness was enabled by default for all organizations on June 18, 2024.
