Enhancements
Defend Product ~ Increased Visibility for High/Medium Risk Signals (ID-1173)
Proof's Defend product now provides increased visibility into the risk signals contributing to a transaction being flagged as high or medium risk. Defend customers can view all risk signals associated with each identity verification attempt.

Title Transaction Creation Enhancements (PEP-291)
We made usability updates to the transaction creation flow, including new optional fields:
- Loan Number
- File Number
- External ID
- Contacts (Point of Contact ~ POC)
The new transaction creation flow also supports new signing features, including:
- Signing Groups (Already available)
- Mixed Signing (Limited availability)
- Signing Order (Coming this summer!)
Test these changes before the old flow is deprecated! We plan to sunset the old flow by the Fall of 2024.
Who does this impact?
- Audience: Title Agents
- Transaction Types: By default, the new flow is on for all Title Agents. You can switch between the old and new flow until the old flow is deprecated.
