Place an Order Settings for Title Agents

Overview

When you use the Proof Closing Concierge, the button for sending a transaction will change from Send transaction to Place order. This means the transaction is sent to the Closing Concierge team and will follow this flow.

Skip Closing Concierge for Individual Transactions

If you want to skip Closing Operations and send an individual transaction directly to your signers, you can request to activate this feature (Per Transaction Place an Order) for your account.

Activation | Real Estate Accounts

This feature must be enabled by Proof:

  • Title/Lender Premium: Contact your Customer Success Manager (CSM).
  • Title Pro: Please contact our Sales team.

Instructions

Once enabled, a checkbox appears on each transaction to indicate where the transaction will be sent. The default will depend on your organization settings.

To skip Closing Concierge and send the transaction directly to your signers:

  1. Uncheck the box that appears next to the Send transaction button.
