Enhancements
Credential Analysis + Biometrics available for some Multi-signer Transactions (SE-6436, SE-6430)
We added an enhancement to allow signers on multi-signer transactions to fall back to Credential Analysis + Biometrics if they can’t go through Knowledge-Based Authentication (KBA) to verify their identity through identity verification database checks. This will occur as long as both of the following are TRUE for the sending organization:
- Concurrent Signing is enabled (ON)
- Compulsory Concurrent Signing is disabled (OFF)
Who does this impact?
- Audience: Business customers that have Overflow to the On-Demand Notarize Network enabled (ON)
- Transaction Types: All incomplete notarization transactions as of the release date and new notarizations going forward.
