You can use Restrict Unmanaged Accounts to manage your team by preventing unauthorized users from creating an account associated with your organization. If a user tries to create an account using your email domain but they do not have an invitation from your organization, they will be blocked.
Even if you don't use Domain-based SSO, you can use Restrict Unmanaged Accounts to prevent unauthorized transactions from your company’s email domain.

- The domain must be verified first.
What to expect after enabling
Once this is enabled, any attempts to create an account by a user with an email address not yet registered on Proof will be blocked. This includes users trying to sign up on the website, if another account tries to invite a new user, or if someone tries to create an account to sign a document.
