Learn how to bulk-delete document templates. (You can also choose to delete a single document.)

❗ Deleted documents cannot be recovered.
Steps
- Log in to your Proof account.
- Click Send & manage from the navigation panel on the left:
- If you don't see the panel, click the caret to expand it.
- Select Document templates under TOOLS (a sub-menu of Send & manage).
- Select the templates you want to delete:
- Check the box next to each document.
-or- - Check the box at the top to select all documents.
- Check the box next to each document.
- Click 🗑️Delete from the menu bar above the list of templates.
- Note: The menu does not appear until you select at least 1 document.

Are you sure? Click in the pop-up box to confirm:
- "Template deleted" appears in a green box at the top of the page to confirm the process is complete.
ℹ️ If you have a template attached to an EasyLink, you'll need to choose a new template or deactivate the EasyLink. This bulk-delete feature will alert you and provide a button if that's the case.
