Enhancements
Notary Notes Enhancement (NX-4581)
When a customer updates their notary notes, the new notes will have a blue hue background for 5 days to help call attention to the revision.
Who does this impact?
- Audience: Notaries (Business + Real Estate customers that create notary notes)
- Transaction Types: All future transactions with updated notary notes.
Customized Font Options for Signatures (SE-6051)
Organizations can now customize and limit font options for text-based signatures when text-based signatures are allowed for their signers.
Who does this impact?
- Audience: Signers for Business/Real Estate- Initiated Transactions
- Enablement: Organizations must opt in.
- Transaction Types: Future transactions after an organization opts in.
Update to PA Seal (NX-4587)
Superficial and minor enhancement to Pennsylvania notary seal
Who does this impact?
- Audience: All PA notaries
- Enablement:
❗ Notaries must click Update on their own seals to have the seal re-generated.
- Transaction Types: Future transactions
