The charge statement meets certain state requirements to disclose a clear breakdown of all costs to signer(s) for that transaction, including remote online notarization fees.

Who this is for
Real estate organizations are eligible for charge statements.
This feature must be enabled by Proof. If you're interested in this feature, contact your Customer Success Manager (CSM) or contact our sales team.
How it works
The charge statement is generated for transactions that occur after the feature is activated (see below). It can be viewed and downloaded from the Transaction Details, either separately or with the rest of the documents in the transaction.
For Collab and non-Collab real estate transactions, the organization that initiated the transaction has access to the charge statement.
If you have integrations, charge statements are:
- Supported for Resware and Softpro integrations
- Not supported for Docutech, Snapdocs, and SimpleNexus integrations

The charge statement for each transaction is included in the document package.
Follow instructions to Access and download completed documents.
