Enhancements
Updated transaction creation form (PEP-337)
Reminder: the old transaction creation form will be deprecated on October 10th.

Updated signer email CTA button (BIZ-6672)
We’ve updated the transaction email button text to be clearer. When a transaction is active but there is a before-meeting buffer time in use (and a scheduled meeting time set), the button text in the email sent to a signer is “Sign documents now.” This has been updated to say “Preview Documents.”

Request to signers for physical location (SE-6392)
In anticipation of 2025 California state legislation becoming effective, Proof will begin asking signers where they are currently physically located.

IHN Get Started page missing training prompt (NX-4595)
The Kentucky exemplar needed some updating, including the addition of date of birth and county. We’ll be providing tooling such that this can be added by Proof as needed. All Kentucky notaries will need to update their exemplars accordingly.
