Enhancements
EasyLink payment settings info for organizations (ETX-2548)
To enhance visibility, we added EasyLink payment information to the Payment Settings tab of your Billing & Payment page. Now you'll be able to see:
- How many active EasyLinks you have
- Who is set as the payer on your EasyLinks (your organization or the signer)
Who does this impact?

Audience: Any customer with active EasyLinks in the Business, Title, and Lender portals:
- Independent Notary Business Users are excluded.

Transaction Types: Any real estate or business transaction accessed by an EasyLink is counted in this view:
- Exception: Notary Business Users cannot view Notary-Sourced Transactions here.
Notaries alerted when payment history is pulled (NX-4616)
Going forward, when a notary chargeback is deemed necessary, the notary is immediately alerted via email.
Who does this impact?
- Audience: On-Demand Notaries (ODNs)
- Transaction Types: Any transaction requiring a chargeback, whether already executed or completed in the future.
MFA required for IHNs (NX-4589)
Starting November 18, we'll begin to require Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) for In-House Notaries (IHNs), regardless of the organization's settings.

Notary Onboarding enhancements (NX-2572)
Enhancements to the Notary Onboarding process improve usability while maintaining compliance.
