Enhancements
New transaction creation flow
Test out our new transaction creation experience before this change becomes permanent in December! The new transaction creation form supports all of the items below.
Additional fields for Sign transactions, including:
- File number
- Loan number
- Contacts (points of contact)
- Recall functionality.
New transaction features, including:
- Setting a signing order
- Mixed signing requirements
- Signing groups

CC contacts on transactions (BIZ-4769)
CC contacts will be released on Tuesday, November 12, 2024.
You can now add a CC Contact (courtesy copy contact) to a transaction. CC’d contacts will receive:
- An email once a transaction has been sent
- A second email once the transaction is completed that includes documents for downloading
Who does this impact?
- Audience: Available for organizations in the Business, Title, and Lender portals
- Transaction Types: All
File number + Loan number fields added (BIZ-6620)
Organizations can now add or edit a file number and/or loan number to Identify transactions created from Identify EasyLinks.

Exemplar export error fixed (NX-4742)
We’ve closed this small gap present for onboarding notaries which disallows them from exporting the exemplar prematurely.
Who does this impact?
- Audience: All onboarding notaries or notaries with incomplete profiles
- Transaction Types: Applies to notaries with incomplete profiles (now and in the future) and onboarding notaries (now and in the future).
