Enhancements

Transaction Details redesign (BIZ-6001)

Enjoy improved visibility and streamlined navigation of transaction information, making it easier to manage your transactions with consolidated tabs and enhanced accessibility!

Highlights

  • The Transaction Details screen now appears as a full-width page.
  • Notary, Video, and Witness tabs are now consolidated into a single Meetings tab.
  • CC contacts have moved to the Recipients tab.

Who does this impact?

  • Audience: Business customers.
  • Transaction Types: All sent and/or completed transactions.
IHN Training via Lender portal (NX-4820)

In-house notaries (IHNs) through our Lender portal can now access their notary training at any time via the top navigation.

Who does this impact?

  • Audience: Notaries using the Lender portal; now available for all notaries.
  • Transaction Types: Real Estate transactions in the Lender portal.

Fixed!

Oklahoma Notary Seal (NX-4818)

Revised spacing for Oklahoma notarial seals.

Who does this impact?

  • Audience: All notaries commissioned in Oklahoma.
  • Enablement: This fix applies to future seals. Any existing Oklahoma notary that would like to see the updated spacing must re-generate their seal.
  • Transaction Types: Future transactions only.
Estimated wait time for signers temporarily removed (NX-4409)

The calculated wait time estimate shown to signers using a web browser has been removed. The intention is to revisit the calculation for the greatest assurance of accuracy before bringing it back into the experience.

Who does this impact?

  • Audience: All signers using a web browser to access transactions.
  • Transaction Types: All future transactions until further notice.
