The short answer: See how many active EasyLinks are paid by your organization versus by recipients from Billing & Payment > Payer Settings.


How It Works

The EasyLink payment summary gives you a quick breakdown of your active EasyLinks and how each is configured for billing.

The EasyLink transaction paid by summary displayed on this page shows:

  • Total active EasyLinks
  • Number of EasyLinks paid by your organization
  • Number of EasyLinks paid by the recipient
  • Number of EasyLinks paid by a sponsor

1. View EasyLink Summary

Log in to your Proof account to complete the steps below.

  1. Click Settings from the navigation panel on the left.
  2. Select Billing & Payment from the Settings menu on the left.
  3. Click Payer Settings from the tabs at the top.

If you don't see this box in your account, no EasyLinks are currently active.

Summary Checklist

  • Navigate to Settings > Billing & Payment > Payer Settings.
  • Review the EasyLink transaction paid by summary to see your active EasyLinks count.
  • The summary breaks down links paid by organization, by recipient, and by sponsor.
  • If the box doesn't appear, you have no active EasyLinks at this time.
