Enhancements
Tools — new main menu item
We’ve bucketed all tools (document templates, EasyLinks, and Referral campaigns) into its own main menu item, making these products more visible and easier to access (BIZ-6928).

Add field instructions — new
Now add instructions to fields when preparing documents or document templates to reduce errors and provide guidance to signers and notaries about how fields should be executed (BIZ-5492).

Welcome Oregon in-house notaries — new
Oregon is now available for in-house notaries! As of today, December 18, we welcomed Oregon IHNs to the platform. To meet compliance requirements, there will be an additional pause during IHN onboarding so that Proof can review the notary Certificate of Authorization.

Help Center updates — coming 2025
Proof’s Help Center is getting some long-overdue love! We’ll be making changes to provide you with content that is more consistent, organized, and focused, so it’s faster and easier to find when you need it.
These changes will happen slowly to minimize the disruption to you and your team. We’ll have all the same content — it’ll simply be presented in a different way (HCA-1).
