You can resend or revoke invitations for multiple users at the same time via Command Center.
Who can do this
- Command Center owners, admins, or user managers
When this can be used
Invitations can only be revoked or resent for users in the Invited status.
For users in the Active status, read Deactivate an Existing User via Command Center.
Activation
This is a paid feature and must be enabled by Proof. Contact your Customer Success Manager (CSM) if you have one. If not, please have an owner or admin from your company contact our Sales team using an email address connected to your company's Proof account.
Resend or revoke invitations for multiple users
- Click the waffle menu icon in the upper left corner of your Proof account.
- Select Command Center.
- Click User management from the menu on the left.
- Click the All statuses menu.
- Select Invited.
- Check the boxes next to the users for whom you'd like to resend or revoke an invitation.
- Click Resend or Revoke as desired from the menu above the user list.
To Revoke
- Click Revoke invitation.
- Click Revoke in the pop-up window to confirm the action.
Notes: - A confirmation appears near the top of the screen confirming how many invitations were revoked.
- Users whose invitations were revoked disappear from the User Management list and can be invited again if desired.
- The link in their email invitation will no longer work.
To Resend
- Click Resend invitation.

- Click Resend invitation.
