When you send transactions from your organization account, you can choose to allow signers to draw a signature, allow text-based signatures, or both. You can also choose which fonts appear for signers to choose when they apply their signature.
Who this is for
Any user in your organization with an owner or admin role and notaries sourcing transactions (NSTs) can perform the actions described below.
Choose signer signature options
- Click Settings from the navigation panel on the left.
- If you don't see the panel, click the arrow to expand it.
- Select Transaction Settings from the Settings page menu on the left.
- Make your adjustments as desired (see below for information) in the Signer signatures box.
- Click Save changes.
Options for signer signatures
You have two options for signer signatures.
- Allow handwritten signatures for all transactions
- Yes = Signers draw their signature using a mouse or touchscreen.
- No = Signers are required to select a text-based signature.
- Allow text-based signatures for all transactions
- Yes = Signers choose a text-based signature instead of hand drawing.
- No = Signers are required to draw their signature manually.
Both options can be allowed, but at least one must be set to Yes.
