The Identity Dashboard allows you to view your individual customers instead of transactions.

Who can use this
The features is available to all organizations in the Premium or higher tier. Any user in an organization with this feature enabled can access the Identity Dashboard.
To add the Identity Dashboard to your account, contact your Customer Relationship Manager (CSM) or our sales team.
The standard Identity Dashboard
The groups all transactions with the individual user and provides information about their interactions with your transactions on the Proof platform.
The Identity Dashboard shows a list of your customers, including:
- Full name
- Email address
- When they were last active
- How many transactions are associated with their account
When you open the individual's information, you can see their:
- Proof account ID number
- Name
- Email address
- Phone number
- Mailing address
- Transaction history with the transaction ID and type
- Transaction count
The Identity Dashboard with Defend
If you have Proof Defend, the dashboard and individual view provide more information.
The dashboard shows an additional column indicating the individual's risk score.
The individual view shows everything listed above plus the person's:
- Identification (ID)
- Selfie, if available
- Risk score
- Account age
