A shared inbox in your Proof account sets global notifications. Your team will log in to their accounts with their own credentials, but they will receive notifications to the shared inbox.
Who can do this
Any user in your real estate organization with an owner or admin role can perform the actions described below.
What to expect
- Only one shared inbox is available per account.
- Only real estate accounts are able to add shared inboxes.
Add a shared inbox
Log in to your Proof account to complete the steps below.
- Click Settings from the menu on the left.
- Select Organization Settings from the page menu.
- Click the Shared inbox tab.
- Type or paste the shared email address in the Email address field provided.
- Click Save.
