Here's an overview of the options available when you create a single new transaction. Different user types (business, title agents, lenders, notaries, etc.) have different options, and those are noted below when applicable.

Who can use this
Any user in your organization who can create and send transactions and notaries sourcing transactions (NSTs) can perform the steps below.
Transaction options

Schedule a notarization or eSign transaction

Signer options
- Add a representative signer when someone is signing on behalf of another person or entity.
- Set the signing order if a transaction with multiple signers requires the signers to sign in a specific sequence.
- Send a transaction to a signing group if anyone from the group can sign a document on an entity's behalf.
Notary options

Assign a notary to a transaction
- You can allow the call to overflow to the Notarize Network if your in-house notaries are not available to answer (must be enabled for your account).

Add Notary Notes to a transaction to provide information or instructions to the notary.
- You can save time by adding Notary Instructions if all your transactions need the same notes.
- Skip identity verification if notary personally knows signer
Your team
- Add a CC contact to notify your team members when a transaction is sent and completed.
- Add your closing team to a transaction and choose if the signer can contact them.
