Here's how to update your email on the Proof platform when your email address changes or you cannot access the email we have on file.

Who this is for

This content applies to all users on the Proof platform.

For notaries changing their email address: Certain changes to your profile result in a change in your notary account status. Check Notary profile changes that require review by Onboarding Team for details.


Change your email address

Log in to your Proof account to complete the steps below.

  1. Click your initials in the upper right corner of your account.
  2. Choose Manage my account from the dropdown menu.

  3. Change the email address on the Overview section of the User Profile page.
    • Use an email address that you can access to receive a password reset email.
  4. Click the Save changes button.
