Invite your colleagues to join your team in Proof while making sure they're getting the appropriate permissions.
When adding new members to your account, choose:
- Admin
- Team member
- Mortgage closing reviewer (real estate only)
If you're unsure which to select for each member, refer to the table below for details about permissions to ensure you're giving appropriate access to each team member.

Contacting support about transactions
If someone in your organization needs assistance with a transaction or closing, they must be a contact on the transaction or have an account linked to that transaction to receive support from Proof's Customer Support team.
